          Chaoqun Hu is a researcher and doctoral supervisor at South China Sea Institute of Oceanology of Chinese Academy of Sciences, a director of Guangdong Key Laboratory of Applied Marine Biology, a deputy director of Key Laboratory of Sustainable Utilization of Marine Biological Resources of Chinese Academy of Sciences, and vice chairman of Chinese Crustacean Society. He has been engaged in the research for prawn aquaculture, breeding and disease for a long time, published more than 80 papers in domestic and foreign journals, and obtained 6 national invention patents.

        • Hui Wu

          As a professor of South China University of Technology, he is a member of food Science and Engineering Teaching Steering Committee of Ministry of Education, a vice president of School of Light Industry and Food science of South China University of Technology, a lifetime member of Chinese Society of Microbiology and Guangdong Food Society. He has high academic attainments in the fields of fermented food, food safety, development and comprehensive utilization of grain, oil and plant protein resources. In the past five years, he has hosted and participated in 25 relevant scientific research projects, including 4 national-level projects, 10 provincial-level projects. The total project funding exceeds 8 million yuan. He has applied for 5 patents, 4 authorized patents, 50 academic papers, and 2 monographs about 300,000 words.

          As a researcher and doctoral supervisor of Zhongkai University of Agriculture and Engineering, he is a vice chairman of Chinese Fisheries Society, a deputy director of the Professional Committee of Ichthyopathology of Chinese Fisheries Society, a head of European Society of Ichthyopathology in China, a vice president of Guangdong Fisheries Society. He has engaged in the research related to disease control theory and aquatic immunology of aquatic animal for a long time, and worked on 3 monographs and published more than 50 papers.

        • Yongjian Liu

          He is a professor and doctoral supervisor of Sun Yat-sen University,and a member of aquatic Animal Nutrition Research Institute of Chinese Fisheries Society. He has completed the projects of National Science and Technology Research and National Natural Science Foundation of China, the International Development Research Center (IDRC) of Canada, and the National Ocean 863 project, etc. He has won 1 national sci-tech award and 4 provincial sci-tech awards. He has published more than 50 papers, all of them were included in SCl, and obtained 8 national invention patents(authorized).

        • Lixia Tian

          She is a professor and doctoral supervisor of Sun Yat-sen University,and a member of aquatic Animal Nutrition Research Institute of Chinese Fisheries Society. She has completed the projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Science-Technology Project of the National 15th Five-Year Plan of China, the National "eleventh Five-year" Science and technology Support plan and the National Ocean 863 project, etc. She has published 42 papers, 33 of which were included in SCl, 8 national invention patents and 4 provincial science and Technology awards.

        • Xuexiong Li

          As a visiting professor of Huazhong Agricultural University, he is mainly concentrated on the research and industrialization demonstration for seedling, breeding and pollution-free cultivating technology of Penaeus vannamei. He has been actively in the first line of shrimp farming along the coast of South China over a long time with rich practical experience.
